Jeoparty II is a completely free computer program modeled after the Jeopardy television program. It is a teacher-led presentation program that is intended to provide a fun review experience for students. In addition to displaying prompts in the Jeopardy format, Jeoparty II tracks team scores and offers other advanced features. Jeoparty II by Matthew Hagaman - Built on the MET Framework. Program Features: Team Scoring - Automatically keep track of up to six teams' scores Daily Doubles - Incorporate as many daily doubles (questions where teams can wager any amount) as you wish Subtraction - Enable or disable penalties to teams who answer incorrectly Final Jeoparty - Allow teams to wager their points on a more difficult summative question Advanced Options - Use the built-in user interface to change team points, change the automatic time limit, reactivate previously viewed prompts, or change the appearance of the presentation. The Bullfighter's Way to Teach and Test ProcTorero allows teachers to create computerized examinations for students consisting of Matching, Multiple Choice, Short Answer, and Short Essay questions - all of the typical forms of questions for the typical exam. However, ProcTorero goes further - grading each of the questions° to give both student and teacher immediate access to scores and answers (allowing the testing process to actually help students learn). In addition to facilitating test creation and cheat-free test-taking, ProcTorero gives teachers immediate access to a wealth of information regarding class progress, including standard test statistics and more innovate reporting methods. A public beta of version 0.6 is expected soon, including support for each question type except short essay, rich text support, and basic reporting. Upon release, version 1.0 will also include image and video support, test encryption/protection, spell checking, and short essay support.
