Matthew is a Master Naturalist, leading hikes with a geology or biology focus. Matthew is also a recreational nature photographer.

Web Developer

Matthew has been developing web sites professionally since 2004. In addition to work for small businesses and not-for-profit organizations, front-end and back-end web development play a significant role in Matthew's work as an educator.

Artist

While he remains an occasional illustrator and graphic designer, Matthew presently spends most of his time coordinating the work of other artists.

A variety of organisms are illustrated in the open ocean or photic zone.
